AGES is not a tutoring program but will assist in getting the necessary academic support needed for each Flower.
Yolandra Shipp is a native of North Carolina and has lived in Savannah, Georgia since 2007. She is the owner of Shypp Consulting and is a former long-distance truck driver and Social Skills Middle School Teacher--holding several degrees and certificates.
AGES has been operating as a female professional leadership program since May 28, 2006, and continues to reach girls ages 12-18. Girls who desire to be more, grow more and excel in the areas of professionalism that bring them the greatest joy.
Yolandra Shipp founded Academic Girls Empowering for Success (AGES) to grow Flowers with a purpose. Shipp's goal is to empower young ladies to let their inner crowns shine through academic achievement, professional excellence and civil responsibility.
